These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ScreenPrompt website at https://screenprompt.top ("Website") and the AI-powered teleprompter application and services provided by ScreenPrompt ("Service"). By accessing or using our Website and Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Description of ScreenPrompt
ScreenPrompt is an AI-powered teleprompter application that helps users deliver flawless presentations, videos, and speeches with real-time AI suggestions and smart auto-scrolling. The Service includes:
- Voice-activated teleprompter with on-screen overlay
- Real-time speech-to-text transcription
- AI-powered script suggestions
- Smart auto-scrolling technology
- Integrated script editor
- Customizable overlay themes and settings
2. Account and Subscription
2.1 Account Creation
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and current information
- Maintaining the security of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
2.2 Subscription Tiers
Free Tier: Includes basic teleprompter functionality, local AI suggestions, real-time speech-to-text, unlimited script storage, and standard overlay customization.
Pro Tier: Includes all Free features plus advanced cloud AI suggestions, priority processing, custom overlay themes, advanced auto-scroll controls, and premium support.
2.3 Payment and Billing
- Subscriptions are billed according to your selected plan
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe
- Pro subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled
- You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
3. Refund Policy
We offer a full refund within 7 days of your initial Pro subscription purchase. To request a refund, please contact us at bartzalewskidev@gmail.com. After the 7-day period, no refunds will be provided, but you may cancel your subscription to prevent future charges.
Refunds are not available for the Free tier as it incurs no charges.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use ScreenPrompt only for lawful purposes. You may not:
- Use the Service to create content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
- Use automated systems or scripts to access the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Share your account credentials with others
- Use the Service to infringe on intellectual property rights
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Your Content
You retain all ownership rights to the scripts and content you create using ScreenPrompt. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process and store your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
5.2 Our Property
The ScreenPrompt Service, including all software, designs, graphics, text, and other materials, is owned by ScreenPrompt and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service.
6. AI Processing and Data Usage
6.1 Local AI Mode
When using Local AI processing, all computations occur on your device. Your content is not transmitted to our servers or third-party AI providers.
6.2 Cloud AI Mode (Pro)
When using Cloud AI processing, your script content and speech data are sent to our AI service providers to generate enhanced suggestions. This data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is not used to train public AI models.
7. Service Availability and Modifications
7.1 Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
7.2 Updates and Changes
We may update the Service to add new features, fix bugs, or improve performance. We will notify you of significant changes that affect your use of the Service.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- ScreenPrompt is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim
- We are not responsible for content you create or actions you take using the Service
9. User Data and Privacy

We use web cookies and similar technologies to collect non-personal data for improving our Service and user experience.
10. Account Termination
10.1 By You
You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon deletion, your personal data and script content will be removed within 30 days.
10.2 By Us
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to the Service or other users.
11. Third-Party Services
ScreenPrompt integrates with third-party services including Stripe (payments), MongoDB (data storage), Resend (email), Google OAuth (authentication), and AI service providers. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts of France.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Service, legal requirements, or business practices.
